Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Package Your Stencils

  Carefully place the unused stencils back in their original protective tube or flat packaging to prevent any creases or damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned stencils for quality, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
